This polyamide heater is designed for normal use at 250℃, and offers superior tensile strength. No soldering is used, making it lead-free.

■ High thermal resistance
With high thermal-resistance special polyimide used as the insulator, this heater can be used at a maximum of 250 ℃ for normal use. (Under certain conditions, at up to 300 ℃ with the outer lead type.)
■ Great temperature uniformity
As etched foil heating elements are evenly placed on the surface, the heating area is larger than on conventional models with wire elements, thus providing even heat distribution and high thermal efficiency.
■ Environmental measures
With our innovative terminal structure process, no soldering is required to connect lead wires and terminals. The Samicone Polyimide Heater is a lead-free and eco-friendly heater.
■ Low outgas emission
As no adhesive is used to bond the insulator (polyimide film), outgas emission is minimized. In addition, since polyimide film doesn’t generate siloxane gas that causes conduction failure, this product is ideal for working environments which need to avoid producing it.
■ Fast response
As the thickness of the insulator (polyimide film) is very thin–less than 0.2mm–and the heat capacity is low, the temperature response of the object to be heated is very fast.

Silicone rubber heater for normal high temperature use of up to 350 ℃. No soldering is used, making it lead-free.

As our proprietary flame-retardant silicone rubber is used as the insulator, this heater can be used at a maximum of 350 ℃ for normal use. (Under certain conditions, it can be used at up to 400 ℃, which is over the limit for conventional heaters.)
■ Fast response
As the heat capacity of the insulator (silicone rubber) is low, the temperature response of the object to be heated is fast.
■ Large heating surface
Adopting an etched-foil heating element provides even heat distribution and high thermal efficiency, compared to models that use wire heating elements.
■ Even heat distribution
As etched-foil heating elements are evenly placed on the surface, the heating area is larger than on conventional models that use wire heating elements, thus providing even heat distribution and high thermal efficiency. (Since the heating line pattern can be customized, different degrees of density can be strategically applied based on the required temperature distribution on the object to be heated.)

Samicon 230
With a special heating element bonded with a thermal insulation layer on both sides, the Samicon 230 is a thin, lightweight and flexible planar silicone rubber heater.
Available in various shapes to meet your requirements, such as triangular, round, hole-punched and slit.
