\nAs etched foil heating elements are evenly placed on the surface, the heating area is larger than on conventional models with wire elements, thus providing even heat distribution and high thermal efficiency.<\/p>\n

\nWith our innovative terminal structure process, no soldering is required to connect lead wires and terminals. The Samicone Polyimide Heater is a lead-free and eco-friendly heater.<\/p>\n

\u25a0 Low outgas emission
\nAs no adhesive is used to bond the insulator (polyimide film), outgas emission is minimized. In addition, since polyimide film doesn\u2019t generate siloxane gas that causes conduction failure, this product is ideal for working environments which need to avoid producing it.<\/p>\n
