This device prevents you from picking and conveying two sheets (steel sheet) at the blanking process!

Feature 1:  It is possible to distinguish one piece or 2 pieces of blank materials using the characteristic of the electromagnet, and possible to recognise the attraction (absorption) error.

Feature 2:  Detectable sheet thickness: 0.6 mm to 3.2 mm

Feature 3:  Memorisation capability of sheet thickness: 15 types
