Band Heaters (Heaters for injection molding)

The Band Heater is constructed of highly thermal-resistant mica insulation and nickel chromium ribbon wire. After being insulated with mica, it is compressed and molded by a metal outer plate. This heater is electrically and mechanically robust.

HI-SD ROD Cartridge Heaters

Featuring high insulation and long life, this heater has a wide variety of stock products as well as custom production to make it compatible with a variety of designs.

Micro Cable Heaters (Type M) 

This micro cable heaters (Type M) features great flexibility and is easily bent or wound by hand.
It can be used for pipelines or equipment complex in shape, and is widely used in various industries.

Products and services features

■ Since its outer diameter is narrow, this product can be installed in places where sheath heaters won’t fit.
■ The heater is narrow and flexible, allowing easy bending and winding. (Minimum bending diameter is 3 times larger than the outer sheath diameter.)
■ As it is a narrow tube with small heat capacity, the generated heat is quickly transmitted.
■ The resistance of the heating element per length is constant.
■ Heating elements with various outer sheath diameters are available.
■ Sleeves can be attached to both ends of the heating element upon request.
■ SUS316 metal tubes are used for the sheath section, offering great durability even at high temperatures.

Mineral Insulated Euronorm Band Heaters  (MIE Band Heaters) 

Mineral Insulated Euronorm Band Heaters (MIE Band Heaters) is best suited for high-temperature engineering plastic molding. This is our improved model with added moisture resistance.

■ High watt density
MIE band heater can be manufactured with up to 15.5w/cm2 watt density depending on the shape or size.

■ High temperature use
Operating temperature is up to 760 °C, making it suitable for molding of engineering plastic with a high melting point.
■ Stainless steel cover
The stainless steel cover prevents any issues caused by dissolved resins.
■ Simple design
By adopting an inorganic insulator, thermal efficiency is dramatically increased. Instead of tightening bands, strong allen screws are used for clamping, making for easy installation and removal.

Pre-Coiled Cable Heaters for Nozzles

As this heater is a direct surface contact square type, compared to the conventional round type, its heating capacity is high. It has a 38.1mm long non-heat tail section at the end of the lead. Thermocouples can be built into the center of the heating section.

A 38.1mm ~ 50.8mm* long non-heat tail section is constructed.

■ Available with a built-in thermocouple (applicable to U-1 ~ U-5 200V)
A thermocouple can be built into the center of the heating section. For applications around the maximum operating temperature, it is recommended that the built-in thermocouple type be used.

CERAMIC BAND HEATERS

Ceramic Band Heater for high temperatures

The Ceramic Band Heater provides excellent insulating capacity and can be used at a higher temperature range of maximum 800℃ (700℃ with continuous use). Custom processing such as holing on the body or notching is also available.
