Immersion Heaters

Immersion heaters for heating water and oil can be used by placing them directly into the liquids from the top of the tank.

Products and services features

■ For water heating, nickel-plated copper and stainless steel (SUS316L) sheath types are available.
■ For oil heating, nickel-plated iron and stainless steel (SUS316L, SUS304) sheath types are available.
■ A 2m cabtyre cable comes standard.
■ The hook rotates and the attachment position can be changed.

Immersion Tubular Heaters (Sheath Heater)

Simply drill a hole in the side or bottom of water storage vessels/containers, insert the heater and fix with the gaskets, washers and nuts included in the package.

■ Nickel-plated copper pipes of excellent thermal conductivity are used for the sheath, ideal for heating water.
■ A wide variety of shapes such as U-shaped, bow, round, spiral, and coil is available.

Screw Plug Immersion Heaters

Various types of plug heaters for water, oil and cleaning solutions are available. They can be installed easily by just making an opening in the side of the vessel/tank, then inserting and screwing the heater.

■ Plug heaters heat liquids in tanks directly.
■ For water heating, nickel-plated copper, SUS316L, and SUS304 sheath types are available.
■ For oil heating, nickel-plated iron, SUS316L, and SUS304 sheath types are available.
■ For ultrasonic cleaning solution heating, a SUS304 sheath type is available.

PTFE Heater for Chemical Solutions

PTFE Tubular Heaters

This immersion heater is placed directly into chemical solutions such as acids and alkalies to provide efficient temperature rise. Custom manufacturing is available upon request.

This is a PTFE heater which is placed into chemical solutions such as acids and alkalies to heat them directly.

The PTFE-coated tubes block penetration of chemical solutions, preventing deterioration of the heating elements. Together with its heating controllers, this heater provides excellent temperature response.

Silicone Belt Heaters / Silicone Cord Heaters

Belt heaters are ideal for thermal insulation and heating in the low-to-medium temperature range.
Being formed in a belt shape of highly flexible silicone rubber allows this heater to be used wrapped around pipes and the like.
