The type of ElectroMagnets for different conditions.

Stick Type Electromagnet

  • It is able to handle odd-shaped objects such as cast iron products due to its spot-contact electromagnets.
  • It can guarantee powerful magnetic attraction.
  • The attraction tip can be changed.

Horse-shoe Type Electromagnet

  • It’s available in a full range of sizes, suitable for a wide variety of products.
    It supports continuous operation.
  • By changing the attraction to a V-shape (custom order) it can reliably pick up cylindrical materials.

Square Type Electromagnet

  • It supports continuous operation.
  • This electromagnet is ideal for steel plates and thin sheets.
  • Strong magnetic attraction is guaranteed in spite of its small size.
  • It supports continuous operation.

Harisenbon Type Electromagnet

  • The magnetic poles can be moved, allowing it to handle any shape of object.
  • Stage switching is not necessary.
  • Object can be conveyed in the same orientation they are picked up in.
  • It can also be made in a square shape. (Custom order)

Ring Type Electromagnet

  • Ideal for handling thin objects like press-formed items.
  • It can be mounted in areas with little space.
  • The cable can be change to another port as user wish.

Cylindrical Type Electromagnet

  • It’s available in a full range of sizes, suitable for a wide variety of products.
